SKY Bookings is a technological platform developed by SKY TECHNOLOGIES GROUP LLC, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the United States, for the sole purpose of facilitating the booking process between users and third-party providers of tourism and entertainment services (hereinafter, the “Providers”).

1. Nature of the Service

SKY TECHNOLOGIES GROUP LLC operates exclusively as a technological intermediary between users and Providers. SKY TECHNOLOGIES GROUP LLC does not, under any circumstances, provide or deliver the booked service (including, but not limited to, accommodation, day passes, meals, transportation, etc.), which shall be rendered solely and directly by the selected Provider.

2. Payment Processing

By placing a booking through this platform, the user expressly authorizes SKY TECHNOLOGIES GROUP LLC to receive payment on behalf of the Provider. SKY TECHNOLOGIES GROUP LLC shall deduct a commission previously agreed with the Provider and remit the remaining balance to the Provider.

3. Liability

All responsibility for the execution and quality of the service rests solely with the Provider. SKY TECHNOLOGIES GROUP LLC shall not be liable for cancellations, modifications, deficiencies in service quality, or for any damages, losses, or claims arising directly or indirectly from the Provider’s actions or omissions.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Each Provider establishes its own cancellation and refund policies, which will be disclosed to the user at the time of booking. SKY TECHNOLOGIES GROUP LLC undertakes to facilitate communication between the user and the Provider to ensure the proper application of such policies.

5. Personal Data

The personal information provided by the user shall be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, solely for the purpose of managing the booking and enabling communication with the Provider.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or related to the use of this platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of said State.
